This will make the topics easier for you to read and comment on. Tax Transcript Cycle Code Chart   You need to view the following file and check for a cycle code and 846 Refund Issued Code. Record of Account Transcript Record of Account Transcripts combine the information from tax account and tax return transcripts. Account Transcript Tax Account Transcripts provide any adjustments either you or we made after you filed your return. This transcript shows basic data, including marital status, type of return filed, adjusted gross income and taxable income. Wage & Income Transcript Wage and Income Transcripts show data from information returns, such as W-2s, 1099s and 1098s, reported to the IRS. Most recent year information may not be complete until July. Please note the Wage and Income Transcript may not show up till July but if your return has been approved you should see data for the current tax year in all of the other 3 options for 2014. What if the IRS says your refund has been sent but you have not received it? Was your refund supposed to go directly to your bank account? There are a few things that could have happened: 1. The bank account information you put on your return was incorrect. Please note that the IRS is not responsible if you made an error on your return. You will need to contact your bank or credit union to find out what to do.  Always try to talk to a live person and preferably a supervisor. If you already contacted your bank or credit union and got no results, you can file IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund with the IRS.  (Shown Below) The IRS will contact the financial institution and try to help. 2.  The deposit information was changed after you approved your return.
